Album Notes & Community Reviews

The second solo album from the legendary Queens lyricist remains one of his darkest, most violently uncompromising records. Released independently, 'Roots of Evil' features deeply gritty boom-bap production that perfectly scores his incredibly complex, multi-syllabic narratives of mafioso crime and visceral urban survival.
