Album Notes & Community Reviews

The sophomore effort from the Brooklyn-based quartet further solidifies their incredibly dense, highly technical approach to American black metal. Characterized by Colin Marston and Mick Barr's dizzying, tremolo-picked guitar interplay, the tracks stretch into sprawling, progressive epics that largely abandon traditional verse-chorus structures. The album cemented the band as pioneering figures in the modern avant-garde metal underground.
