Album Notes & Community Reviews

Originally rooted in dark drum and bass, the British production duo successfully transitions into the nascent half-step dubstep scene with this highly influential release. The minimalist, sub-bass heavy tracks are characterized by an incredibly dark, cinematic atmosphere and precise, echoing percussion. Released on Loefah's Swamp 81 label, the record became a foundational text for the brooding, 'dungeon' sound of modern dubstep.
