Album Notes & Community Reviews
Lacrimosa drastically expands their darkwave origins into massive, sweeping symphonic metal. The album features heavily orchestrated, epic compositions that maintain a deeply melancholic and dark gothic metal core, frequently contrasting heavy bombast with sparse, minimalistic piano passages.
