Album Notes & Community Reviews
Utilizing an electronically treated zither, the artist constructs an immensely tranquil, drifting atmosphere designed for spiritual reflection. 'Essence/Universe' stretches minimalist reverberations into long-form, repetitive drones that gently mutate over time. It remains a definitive document of late-eighties new age ambient music, renowned for its shimmering, ethereal warmth.
