Album Notes & Community Reviews

The acclaimed British songwriter's sixth studio album is a profound, conceptually unified exploration of femininity, female relationships, and the complexities of the male gaze. Co-produced with Blake Mills, the record features impeccably warm, sophisticated acoustic arrangements that perfectly highlight her intricate fingerpicking and soaring vocal melodies. It earned her a Grammy nomination for Best Folk Album.
