Album Notes & Community Reviews

Returning to his signature alto saxophone, the leader explores a highly introverted, linear approach to improvisation devoid of extraneous vibrato. The rhythm section provides a spacious, understated cushion, perfectly complementing the cool, cerebral geometry of the melodic lines.
