Album Notes & Community Reviews

'A tempestade' is the final Legi茫o Urbana album released during vocalist Renato Russo's lifetime, defined by a pervasively melancholic tone that reflects his declining health. The songwriting explores deeply personal and narrative themes, from the autobiographical introspection of 'A Via L谩ctea' to the adolescent chronicle of 'Dezesseis'. Originally conceived as a double album, the recording is notable for its use of Russo's raw, first-take guide vocals, which he did not re-record, creating a stark and immediate performance set against the band's layered alternative and art-rock instrumentation.
