Album Notes & Community Reviews

The fourth installment in the 'Lice' series, 'Miami Lice: Season Four' marks the return of the collaborative hip hop duo of Aesop Rock and Homeboy Sandman after a nine-year gap. Aesop Rock solely handles the production, creating experimental, funk-infused boom-bap soundscapes that serve as a backdrop for the pair's signature abstract and intricate lyrical exchanges. The EP reaffirms their established dynamic, with both artists trading complex verses that are at once hardcore and conscious in their thematic explorations.
