Freedom's Rise

Album Notes & Community Reviews

Originating from the burgeoning Connecticut metal scene, this incredibly fast and aggressive debut established the blueprint for pure, uncompromising American power metal. 'Freedom's Rise' features blindingly fast, neoclassical twin-guitar riffing paired with Andy Michaud's towering, high-register vocal performance. Operating entirely independently from mainstream commercial rock trends, the album became a highly revered, foundational text for extreme heavy metal purists.
