Album Notes & Community Reviews

Produced entirely by Mannie Fresh, the New Orleans prodigy's second solo effort solidifies the bouncy, synthesizer-driven aesthetic of the Cash Money label. 'Lights Out' showcases Wayne's rapidly developing technical proficiency and distinctly Southern flow over high-tempo, club-oriented beats. The album successfully maintained his commercial momentum following the breakout success of 'Tha Block Is Hot'.
