Album Notes & Community Reviews

Completely discarding the aggressive shoegaze textures of their early releases, Kurt Heasley steered Lilys directly into heavily orchestrated, 1960s-inspired baroque pop[cite: 1]. 'The 3 Way' meticulously reconstructs the aesthetics of classic mod revival and lush psychedelic pop, utilizing complex string and horn arrangements alongside remarkably dense vocal harmonies[cite: 1].
