Originally announced under the title 'Stampede of the Disco Elephants' nearly a decade prior, the legendary nu-metal provocateurs finally surprise-released their sixth studio album on Halloween. The deeply self-aware, incredibly brief record embraces their middle-aged status, delivering massive drop-tuned Wes Borland guitar riffs alongside Fred Durst's signature tongue-in-cheek bravado. It functioned as a surprisingly fun, highly nostalgic victory lap for the frequently maligned outfit.
