Album Notes & Community Reviews

'LKJ in Dub' reworks Linton Kwesi Johnson's politically charged dub poetry material into instrumental and versioned forms. Dennis Bovell's production foregrounds bass, echo, and space, allowing the rhythms behind Johnson's poetry to stand as independent dub compositions.
