Album Notes & Community Reviews
'Long Nights' operates as a quiet, remarkably evocative study of personal isolation strictly from minimalist guitar improviser Loren Connors. Recorded highly intimately, the album consists entirely of deeply melancholic, reverb-drenched electric guitar meditations that seemingly float indefinitely without strict tempo or traditional structure. The record confidently stands as a truly stunning example of his singular ability to distill deep-seated blues emotion directly into fragile, highly cinematic ambient textures.
