Album Notes & Community Reviews
The sole studio album by composer Luciano Cilio, 'Dialoghi del presente' is a work of minimalist chamber music that merges modern classical composition with avant-garde sensibilities. Arranged as a suite, its sparse acoustic instrumentation鈥攆eaturing piano, strings, flute, and ethereal wordless vocals鈥攊s used to build profoundly melancholic and atmospheric soundscapes with intense emotional focus. Long obscure after its initial release, the album has since been recognized as a cult masterpiece of Italian experimental music.
