Album Notes & Community Reviews

The Chicago rapper continues to perfect his lethargic, highly influential take on the modern trap sound with this hazy, narcotic release. 's*x m*ney dr*gs' features LUCKI's signature hypnotic flow draped over ambient, nocturnal beats heavily influenced by cloud rap. Beneath the boastful, hedonistic surface, the lyrics frequently reveal a sad, bittersweet introspection regarding addiction and the hollow realities of fame.
