Album Notes & Community Reviews

Recorded solo in New York City, this profoundly beautiful and quiet album showcases the bossa nova pioneer in a purely unaccompanied, instrumental setting. Stripped of orchestral backing, Bonf谩's phenomenal fingerpicking technique and harmonic genius are laid bare, blending complex European classical structures with gentle Brazilian rhythms. It remains a masterclass in the technical capabilities and emotional depth of the acoustic guitar.
