Album Notes & Community Reviews

Mac DeMarco's '2' is a breezy, charming collection of jangle pop that defined the slacker rock aesthetic for a generation. With his signature chorus-laden guitar and laid-back croon, DeMarco sings about cigarettes, family, and simple pleasures. It is an unpretentious and incredibly melodic album that feels like hanging out with an old friend on a lazy afternoon.
