Album Notes & Community Reviews

'L'autre cap' captures the Japanese ensemble's idiosyncratic approach to acoustic arrangements and free-form composition. Led by Tori Kudo, the collective utilizes untrained musicians alongside professionals to create charmingly loose, brass-inflected pieces. The recording reflects a spontaneous, unrehearsed ethos that became highly influential in the global underground naive-pop movement.
