Album Notes & Community Reviews

Serving as a monumental, highly influential release within the burgeoning Chilean hip-hop scene, 'Aerolineas Makiza' firmly established vocalist Anita Tijoux as a major critical force[cite: 1]. The album expertly blends smooth, mellow jazz rap production with highly articulate, deeply conscious lyricism that fearlessly tackles complex political and social issues in post-dictatorship Chile[cite: 1].
