Album Notes & Community Reviews

Pivoting gracefully from their earlier, highly structured symphonic pieces, the Qu茅b茅cois sextet embraced a breezier, jazz-funk-inflected direction. The interplay between flute, vibraphone, and electric piano results in a series of bright, exceptionally fluid instrumental workouts. This accessible yet structurally rigorous collection solidified their reputation as one of Canada's premier fusion ensembles.
