Album Notes & Community Reviews

Produced by Charlie Andrew, the debut full-length from the British songwriter is a remarkably dark, creeping exploration of alternative folk. Heavily utilizing fingerpicked acoustic guitars and brooding woodwind arrangements, the atmosphere is deliberately claustrophobic and melancholy. The cryptic, poetic lyrics often delve into morbid themes, providing a stark contrast to the gentle, hushed vocal delivery.
