Biography
Marika Hackman is an English singer-songwriter whose albums move from the haunted folk of 'We Slept at Last' (2015) to the bolder indie rock of 'I'm Not Your Man' (2017) and 'Any Human Friend' (2019). Her writing pairs lovely melodies with candid, darkly witty lyrics. She returned in 2024 with 'Big Sigh'. Her live shows underline the songs' mix of beauty and bite.
