Album Notes & Community Reviews
The Manchester-based trumpeter, composer, and Gondwana Records founder issues a gorgeous, deeply soulful tribute to the spiritual jazz movements of the late 1960s. Eschewing frantic bebop for relaxed, modal exploration, the incredibly warm ensemble playing honors the legacies of Alice Coltrane and Miles Davis.
