Album Notes & Community Reviews

Operating under a veil of anonymity, the fiercely virtuosic German ensemble continued to push the boundaries of extreme metal composition. 'Kaleidoscope' showcases mind-bending time signature changes, classically inspired counterpoint, and hyper-technical riffing that borders on the avant-garde. The record remains a quintessential document of the European progressive thrash movement's intellectual peak.
