Album Notes & Community Reviews
Originally released as one continuous track, 'Lysol' is a massively influential sludge metal crawl that directly birthed the drone metal subgenre. The Melvins perform at agonizingly slow tempos, utilizing incredibly heavy, repetitive, and deeply hypnotic guitar feedback to create a terrifying, apocalyptic atmosphere.
