Album Notes & Community Reviews

The French alternative rock ensemble presents a deeply poetic, intensely somber sophomore album characterized by extensive spoken-word narratives. 'Quelque part' blends subtle, atmospheric post-rock instrumentation with Pascal Bouaziz's dark, observational lyricism regarding modern urban isolation. The critically revered record firmly established them as unique, highly literary innovators within the Nouvelle chanson fran莽aise movement.
