Crocidura dsi nezumi

Album Notes & Community Reviews

This crucial cassette release from Masami Akita's long-running project captures a fascinating transitional phase of early Japanese noise experimentation. Moving slightly away from purely chaotic distortion, the tracks incorporate rhythmic loops, cold industrial metals scraping, and elements of surreal free improvisation. The resulting ominous, lo-fi soundscapes established a terrifying conceptual blueprint for the Japanoise movement.
