Album Notes & Community Reviews
'Age of Excuse' continues Mg艂a's trajectory with a sound built on the interplay between melodic, often melancholic lead guitars and a rhythm section delivering powerful, driving percussion and dissonant riffs. The album's compositions are characterized by their atmospheric depth and intricate structures, maintaining a production style that balances raw energy with clarity. Lyrically, the work eschews genre conventions to explore themes of nihilism, historical decay, and societal absurdity, delivered through a signature harsh, declamatory vocal style.
