Shinsekai

Album Notes & Community Reviews

Serving as their third and final major release before disbanding, 'Shinsekai' encapsulates Midori's relentlessly chaotic fusion of jazz piano and hardcore punk. The album pushes their avant-garde tendencies to the extreme, featuring unpredictable tempo shifts, abrasive shrieks, and surprisingly melodic detours. It endures as a hallmark of the Japanese underground, celebrated for its uncompromising intensity and structural madness.
