Album Notes & Community Reviews

Relocating to the Swiss Alps for tax purposes, Oldfield crafted a succinct, highly accessible collection of pop-rock songs featuring vocalists Maggie Reilly and Barry Palmer. While shedding much of his signature long-form instrumental complexity, the production retains his meticulous, multi-tracked guitar tone and lush synthesizer layering. The project highlighted his enduring knack for commercial melody during the mid-80s.
