Album Notes & Community Reviews
The veteran English composer stepped away from the heavy electronic synthesizers of his previous concept albums to record an entirely acoustic, deeply organic tribute to traditional Celtic folk. The lush, sweeping arrangements utilize Uilleann pipes, tin whistles, and delicate acoustic guitars to reimagine ancient melodies and lullabies. The deeply peaceful, highly nostalgic recording serves as a remarkably pure, atmospheric exploration of his profound Celtic heritage.
