Album Notes & Community Reviews

Recorded in the United States under the production of Creed Taylor, this album served as the brilliant Brazilian vocalist and composer's introduction to an international audience. The lush arrangements by Eumir Deodato blend complex jazz harmonies with traditional South American rhythms, creating a rich orchestral backdrop for Nascimento's unparalleled falsetto.
