Album Notes & Community Reviews

Intended to expand his vast domestic success into the North American market, 'Journey to Dawn' pairs Milton Nascimento's soaring tenor with sleek, highly polished production. The record features English-language reinterpretations of his classic material alongside new compositions, backed by an elite cast of American jazz fusion session players. While slightly smoothing out his typical progressive edge, it remains a lush, gorgeously orchestrated effort.
