Mirrors

Album Notes & Community Reviews

As the inaugural album for vocalist Karl Schubach, 'Mirrors' marked a significant moment of transition, introducing his powerful, lower-register delivery while expanding upon the band's established progressive metalcore framework. The songwriting balances intricate, technical guitar passages and dissonant harmonies with an increased emphasis on melody and more direct, flowing arrangements than its predecessor. Produced by Ben Schigel, the album presents a more varied and dynamic sound, exploring a greater range between raw brutality and melodic cohesion.
