Album Notes & Community Reviews

Despite suffering from heavy bootlegging which delayed its release and altered its tracklist, 'Murda Muzik' became the Queensbridge duo's most commercially successful record. The suffocatingly dark, cinematic boom-bap production perfectly frames Prodigy and Havoc's uncompromising, grim street narratives, securing the album as a definitive late-90s East Coast gangsta rap staple.
