Album Notes & Community Reviews

Mount Kimbie's debut album helped define the 'post-dubstep' sound by fragmenting garage rhythms into intimate, melodic sketches. The tracks are short and textural, incorporating field recordings and guitar alongside electronic beats. It is a subtle, innovative record that prizes atmosphere over heavy bass drops.
