Album Notes & Community Reviews

Making their debut on Thrill Jockey, the Brooklyn-based duo seamlessly merges pastoral acoustic instrumentation with subtle electronic manipulation. Fingerpicked guitars, cellos, and field recordings are slowly processed through laptops to create shimmering, warm drone soundscapes. The organic, improvisational nature of the recording highlights their mastery of contemporary ambient folk structures.
