Album Notes & Community Reviews

MX-80 Sound's 'Crowd Control' continued the Bloomington-to-San Francisco group's dense guitar language and sardonic vocal approach. The album's angular riffs and dry humor made it a distinctive outlier in Ralph Records' art-rock catalog and a precursor to later math-leaning underground rock.
