Album Notes & Community Reviews

Celebrating their twenty-fifth anniversary, the Halifax doom pioneers welcomed back original guitarist Calvin Robertshaw to rekindle the twin-guitar harmonies of their seminal early work. 'Feel the Misery' expertly balances crushing, funereal slowness with moments of tragic, sweeping romanticism heavily underscored by mournful violin passages. It stands as a dark, majestic testament to the band's enduring mastery of poetic, soul-crushing heavy metal.
