Album Notes & Community Reviews

The highly publicized, polarizing debut full-length from Danish musician Amalie Bruun under her black metal moniker. Produced by Kristoffer Rygg (Garm) of Ulver, the record juxtaposes ethereal choral arrangements and traditional Scandinavian folk melodies with raw, blasting black metal sections. The project ignited intense discourse regarding gatekeeping and authenticity within the extreme metal community.
