Album Notes & Community Reviews

Plagued by severe sleep paralysis and nightmares, Amalie Bruun channeled her night terrors directly into this breathtaking sophomore album. The record masterfully balances the blistering aggression of atmospheric black metal with haunting, traditional Nordic folk instrumentation and sweeping, ethereal vocal choirs. It notably features a guest vocal appearance from Chelsea Wolfe, solidifying her place within the modern gothic-metal landscape.
