Album Notes & Community Reviews

Aidan Baker stretches the limits of extreme distortion by drowning agonizingly slow doom metal riffs in endless waves of reverb and electronic texture. The sheer volume and density of the guitars create an overwhelming, suffocating blanket of sound that simultaneously functions as trance-inducing dark ambient music. It is a foundational release for the experimental intersection of shoegaze and extreme metal.
