When I See the Sun Always Shines on TV

Album Notes & Community Reviews

This covers album by the Canadian experimental duo reimagines a diverse array of alternative rock, post-punk, and pop tracks through their signature wall-of-sound aesthetic. Aidan Baker and Leah Buckareff transform familiar melodies into crushing, glacial dirges using heavily processed guitars and thunderous bass frequencies. The project highlights their unique ability to fuse the punishing weight of extreme metal with ethereal, shoegaze textures.
