Album Notes & Community Reviews

Lauren Bousfield's experimental electronic project delivers a terrifyingly hyperactive, candy-colored nightmare of an album. The frenetic production violently chops up fairground calliopes, operatic vocal samples, and 1920s parlor piano into absolutely chaotic, gabber-speed breakcore explosions. It gained a massive cult following online for its unparalleled fusion of macabre theatricality and high-BPM digital noise.
