Album Notes & Community Reviews

These highly controversial recordings stem from an aborted 1985 reunion attempt between krautrock pioneers Klaus Dinger and Michael Rother. Released without Rother's consent by Dinger a decade later, the deeply unpolished tracks showcase a bizarre, deeply fascinating collision of their classic 'motorik' pulse with 1980s new wave synthesizers and ambient experimentation. The heavily disputed release serves as a raw, highly eclectic footnote to their legendary discography.
