Album Notes & Community Reviews

Bouncing back from the tragic death of their manager and a devastating studio fire, the veteran British post-punk act delivered one of their most texturally rich and tribal-sounding records to date. Mixed entirely by Joe Barresi, the album pushes Justin Sullivan's politically conscious songwriting into dark, highly rhythmic territories heavily reliant on massive, atmospheric tom-tom percussion.
