Album Notes & Community Reviews

A massive double album, this release showcases two sides of Nick Cave. 'Abattoir Blues' is loud, gospel-tinged rock, while 'The Lyre of Orpheus' is quieter and more pastoral. It is a creative peak for the Bad Seeds, balancing aggression with beauty.
