Album Notes & Community Reviews

Recorded with a varied cast of backing musicians including Paul Carrack and members of The Fabulous Thunderbirds, this effort showcases the singer-songwriter's enduring power pop craftsmanship. The record effectively bridges his pub rock origins with a more mature, roots-oriented pop-rock aesthetic. Though uneven in its production styles, the album features several standout tracks that highlight Lowe's witty and reliable melodicism.
